Unlock TALENT Through
Belonging
Why BELONGING?
Identity and belonging are the epicentre of inclusion, and recognition that individual experiences of discrimination and oppression (intersectionality) are essential to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Current solutions fail to consider and measure individual experiences, identity and belonging.
DIVERSITY is having a seat at the table, INCLUSION is having a voice, and BELONGING is having that voice be heard.

Attract & Retain Talent
A strong DIB Indicator is a talent magnet: encouraging people to stay, increasing discretionary effort and acting as a differentiator in
a crowded and competitive labour market
We help organisations optimise their initiatives to attract, retain and engage, enabling staff to thrive in the midst of change and uncertainty.
Our DIB Indicator, is a data and evidence informed index for measuring diversity, inclusion and belonging. This helps build diverse and inclusive cultures, ensuring that your organisation is front of mind and trusted by great talent seeking challenges.
